- Handle daily account payable operations. - Handle online banking, after payment done, online key in payment and pass for HQ approval, daily online check transaction banking. - Responsible for AP accounting functions such as warranty invoicing, received warranty invoice, checking, key in, posting and pass for authorised (concentrate on warranty issue) - Communication with Creditor solving the warranty issue problem. - Responsible for Petty cash issue, Driver claim - Responsible check and reconciliation with supplier (warranty claim supplier) statement, make sure GL account tally with supplier - Prepare monthly Warranty report. (for provision warranty a/c) - Check monthly costing report (Monthly stock available costing) - Responsible to filing related document for Audit Purpose.
