Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse supervisor, your essential duties are to provide support in the warehouse department, but not limited to: • Strategically manage all warehouse operations in compliance with company policies. • Oversee receiving, outgoing, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. • Manage an accurate inventory system and conduct regular cycle counts. • Monitor warehouse storage periodically to optimize space utilization and improve overall process efficiency. • Ensure traceability of work orders and inventory control. • Organize, direct, and control manpower to meet production or delivery schedules, quality standards, and targets. • Optimize operational efficiency and reduce resource wastage. • Prioritize hygiene and good housekeeping practices. • Propose methods for continuous improvements in process and operational efficiency. • Initiate problem-solving and troubleshooting processes to reduce warehouse operation-related problems and delays. • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management or superiors from time to time. - Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Studies, Management, Commerce, or equivalent. - At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field. - Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to promote a culture of safety. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. - Proficiency in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Possess leadership qualities. - Committed, strong self-initiative, and result-driven. - Ability to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency. - Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
