Pegawai Penilai/TVET lecturer - Business

The Business Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality education to undergraduate students in business-related courses. The role involves preparing and delivering lectures, creating assessments, and contributing to the academic environment through research and collaboration with colleagues. The candidate should hold a master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments. - Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning outcomes. - Design and grade exams, assignments, and projects to assess student performance. - Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance. - Participate in the development and revision of business curriculum to ensure it meets industry standards and academic requirements. - other administrative activities as required. Qualifications: - Degree/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Ph.D. is an advantage. - Possess DKM/DKLM/VTO/induction course - Working experienced based (FB-025-4:2012)
