Full job description Responsibilities: Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external parties Update internal databases & records Handle administration tasks assigned by the supervisor Handle requests and queries appropriately Provide administration support to maintain employee and general files Responsible for preparing and maintaining any documents pertaining to government requests such as labor department, immigration, embassies, etc., and providing the information required. Requirements: Candidate must possess or currently pursuing final semester in a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. Strong communication skills Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines. Willing to work in Kajang (Hybrid Working Arrangement- Work From Home and Work in the Office)
