Job brief: • Responsible to solve technical problems with excellent service. • To carry out both in-house and on-site maintenance, repair, installation and troubleshooting. • May work independently but usually work as part of a team to complete custom and large installation projects. Job scope: 1. Perform maintenance and service tasks for customers in assigned territory by installing, repairing and servicing automatic lubrication systems or products. 2. Tie workflow to schedule, manage all on-site installation, repair and maintenance tasks, deliver timely as well as follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols. 3. Establishes service by studying auto lubrication system requirements, gathering the necessary components and parts for completing the installation and performing acceptance tests and commissioning. 4. Submit detailed service reports i.e. Service Order, Inspection Report, Test Report, Work Order log update and TSD Activities Time-sheet to comply with procedure. 5. Complete all necessary reports timely for installation, service and repairing works within 1 week after completing the job. 6. Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding and excellent services. 7. Carry out periodic inspection and repair of automatic lubrication system and equipment (Off-site or On-Site) as instructed by Superior. 8. Responsible for general housekeeping of the service workshop and office areas. 9. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job requirements: Possess certificate or diploma in any field of engineering or mechanical. Proven field service experience will be added advantage. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment. English or Bahasa Malaysia literacy in both written and verbal. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends on occasion and to adapt to changing work schedules. Able to identify cause of issue and is able to make corrective action to fix the problem. Able to lift heavy loads and must be able to work in extreme environments or confined spaces. Must be willing to travel outstation and work on-site. For more details, please visit www.essmart.com.
