Chief Baker

• To lead pastry & bakery in preparing and assembling all pastry products to be presented during the meal presentation and at once assist Executive Sous Chef in preparing meals for Meals Presentation and menu development. • To ensure meals prepared are presentable and meet customer’s satisfaction and follow according to menu and specification. • To acknowledge and attend Additional Follow Up slip. • Monitor staff duty roster, annual leave and attendance (Staff Movement). • To assist in training and educate staff on new methods and products and at once responsible for planning staff daily working assignment and monitor and control staff movement and overtime claim. • Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the work place and monitor the Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) is met by staff. • To perform any other duties assigned and instructed by superior from time to time. • Work at other sections as and when required.
