Senior Costing Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - To compile and prepare data for Monthly Business Reporting meeting. - To provide base cost to Sales Team for documentation of Price Setting Form. - Conduct stocktaking preparation for mid-year & year-end. - Prepare the stock report monthly report which with overhead embedded. - To generate Monthly Inventory Ageing report to be tabulated in Ageing Meeting with team. - Prepare SKU report for Monthly Business Reporting meeting within dateline. - Update, monitor & review standard cost including raw material and overhead in ERP system. - To provide analysis when required by the management and other departments. - Prepare write-off proposal for slow moving and long aged stocks. - Inventory control for Finished Goods, Raw material – Monitoring risk exposure for aged items. - To check data reliability being input into the MRP module against stock balance and month cover. - To generate variance report on product costing actual vs standard, disseminate to relevant personnel. - As one of the budgetary team - to construct Revenue & GP analysis by SKU & Purchase budget analysis. - To update base cost on a quarterly basis in the ERP system. - To update and check recipes in the system for cost simulation purposes - To perform any other assigned duties from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: - Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalents. - At least 4 years’ experience in accounting or costing management field. - Possess of knowledge and analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team. - Ability in extracting large databases. - Ability to voice suggestion and comments effectively. - Capable of working alone or teamwork. - Good analytical skill. - Ability to interact well and establish good relationship.
