Job Responsibilities

  • To attend the building and facilities operational matters which includes inspection, troubleshooting, repairing, maintenance and housekeeping operations, which adherence to laws, rules and regulations
  • To carry out the inspection on the building and facilities’ conditions and prepare report and budget for recommendation and rectification
  • To deal with contractors, vendors in building and facilities, and maintenance matters
  • To monitor, conduct examination audit for the property management, maintenance works, mechanical and electrical system and other relevant services
  • To attend any building and facilities breakdown such as power failure, lift breakdown, tenant complaints as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma in engineering (Building Construction, Electrical, and Mechanical) or its equivalent
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to support emergency matters and standby at any time
  • Able to work independently
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia/English

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
