JOB DESCRIPTION • Manage a diverse portfolio of existing clients to achieve long-term success • Using existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities • Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ individual needs • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase • Report on the status of accounts and transactions • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS Client managers need strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. They should possess industry knowledge, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills. Customer focus, project management, sales expertise, and at least a bachelor's degree in a related field are also essential qualifications • Experience managing clients, business development partnerships or equivalent role • Proven track record in account management roles showing growth of accounts and meeting targets. • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills • Excellent team player & motivator who is proactive • Willing to learn, matured, confident, TRUSTWORTHY and hardworking • Willing to travel extensively to solicit business • Good stakeholder management and communication skills • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and the ability to plan effectively, even under pressure. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excels in quick analytical thinking. • Excellent in identifying business opportunities and problem-solving • Possess an inquisitive mindset, is eager to share knowledge, and is passionate about process improvement. • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup or tech environments would be advantage Salary Package will be based on experience & track record The additional commission will be determined by the successful sales performance. • Project Commission % • KPI Commission % • New Client Commission % • Renewal Commission %
