Executive, Marketing Content Creator

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, develop and implement content for partner (feeder) schools. • Take charge of end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns in collaboration with faculties and planning team. • Manage INTI Mobile Apps and content development. Liaise with agency, third party content provider and actively sourcing for new content to engage with audience. Track the effectiveness of mobile app campaigns and propose improvements. • Support the development, tracking and production of all marketing materials, including validating program info/academic materials, printed materials such as brochures, and all internal communications. • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) • As a liaison with media and advertising agencies. • Execute department administrative work includes procurement and finance related matters ie. raising purchase order, sourcing for vendors, quotations. • Monitor and update on latest industry players’ campaigns. • Participate in assigned SME (subject matter expert) to support communications and brochure development. • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant academic area • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required skill(s): MS Office, Social Media savvy. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage • Skills and experience in creative content writing. • Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language) with the ability to communicate and adapt to different communication styles at all levels. • Strong work ethic, with an excellent track record of delivery. • Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused. • A problem solver who is dynamic, motivated and process oriented with the determination to succeed. • Able to work independently.
