About the role The Process Technician, Production is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines. The incumbent must be able to perform in-process tests, document records, troubleshoot issues, and meet production schedules. The role also involves assisting with minor machine repairs and adapting to other production activities as required. Key Responsibilities: - 1. Responsible to perform daily production activities in the plant in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), regulatory mandates and quality requirements. 2. Responsible to prepare and arrange tasks for the Manufacturing Lines including Compression, Capsule Filling and Coating. 3. Responsible to operate and perform troubleshooting for Manufacturing Lines (Compression, Capsule Filling and Coating Machine) in safe and efficient manner. 4. Responsible to execute manufacturing process, performing required in-process product quality checks, cleaning of equipment, ancillary equipment, change part and facilities, and performing line clearance for product/ batch changeovers. 5. Responsible to operate other Production's equipment or provide assistant as assigned by superior. 6. Responsible to check and fill-in batch record, logbook, and other documentations with GMP environment. 7. Responsible to assist with on-the-job training of other production trainees and operators. 8. Establishes and maintains effective communication with production and cross-functional team. 9. Responsible to follow safety guidelines at the workplace. 10. Responsible to perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives. About you 1. Technical Certificates or Diploma in Pharmaceutical, Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or a related industry. 3. Knowledge and experience in adhering to GMP and SOP guidelines in a production setting. 4. Experience in completing and maintaining accurate production documentation
