  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Description: • Handling inbound/outbound calls to educate and engage potential clients about company's product. • Promoting our company’s planning products and services over the phone. • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction. • Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity. • Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution. • Participate in ad hoc projects as required. • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader. • Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions. • Any other duties assigned by the team leader. Job Requirements: Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. • Experienced in contact centre/customer service/ customer support /BPO working environment. • Must be proficient in English. Other Details: Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM3000 Phone Allowance Provided Incentive Povided Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM
