Location: SERAI IOI City Mall, Putrajaya

Job Scope:

• Greet and welcome customers.
• Guide customers to their tables and manage reservations.
• Take customer orders and deliver them promptly.
• Prepare, package, and serve food and beverages.
• Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods securely.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning tables and service areas.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Salary:

• Range RM2000 - RM2300

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform tasks like lifting trays.
