Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): • Implement and monitor the company's HSE policies and procedures. • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. • Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors. • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards. • Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences. • Maintain records of HSE inspections, incidents, training, and other relevant documentation. • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across the organization. 2. Administrative Support: • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings. • Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events, meetings, and training sessions. • Maintain office asset such as vehicle when necessary. • Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring that all records are up to date and easily accessible. • Support the HR department with employee onboarding, document management, and other administrative tasks as required. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations. 3. Communication and Reporting: • Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and relevant authorities as required. • Communicate HSE policies and updates to employees through various channels. • Liaise with external bodies, such as regulatory agencies, auditors, and insurance providers, on HSE matters. • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for management meetings.
