Job Requirements :
- SPM, diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Scopes :
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Supports the sales team by processing orders, managing sales documentation, and
- coordinating with the warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to maintain
- client satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, sales campaigns, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documentation.

- Salary Range: RM 1500 to RM 2200
