JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor employees leave in the E-Leave system and attend inquiries regarding the system. - To key in new employees details in the E-Leave system and send a notification email to related employees/ Head of Section. - Check attendance for all employees according to the time attendance system and Employee Log Book (In & Out). - To register new employees in the thumbprint system and attend inquiries regarding the system. - Handle petty cash and employee’s medical claim. - Receive, check and process medical claim forms. Submit the medical claim report to the Finance department for the payment process. - Register confirmed employees in the Health Metric System and attend inquiries regarding the system. - Prepare identification cards and meal coupons for new employees. - Prepare a monthly meal coupon list and check the total amount of coupons used. - Handle employee locker arrangement at Hygiene Room & Canteen area and attend inquires on locker issue including monthly locker inspection - Assist in conducting training - Assist in arranging typhoid injection and medical checkup with panel clinic. - Monitor stock level of medicine and liaise with panel clinic for medicine restock. - Assist to prepare the personal file of employees - To perform any other assigned duties from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalents - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office. - Having good interpersonal and communication skills. - Good understanding of the filling system. - 1 year experience clerical and administration duties. JOB TYPE: 3 months contract
