Staff Nurse

Job Title: Staff Nurse/ Senior Staff Nurse Department: All Job Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and conducting routine assessments. Assist doctors during procedures and treatments, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are prepared. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication routines, and aftercare instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical records with observations, treatments, and care plans. Manage and monitor medical equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning. Follow all infection control protocols and hospital safety standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care. Support patients emotionally and address any concerns or queries related to their health. Requirements: Diploma in Nursing (or higher). Registered and licensed with Malaysia Nursing Board. Proficient in patient care, communication, and teamwork. Willing to work shift duty min 2 years of hospital in-patient setting working experience
