QA Inspector

Focus on confirming the inspection and testing plan for customer samples and completing the inspection of samples 100%. Focus on completing customer sample reports, identifying different customer requirements, and maintaining the upgrade and revision of the customer report summary table. Real-time completion of sample inspection records and tracking of abnormal feedback. Promptly identify defects during inspection and request production or relevant departments to take measures to prevent the generation of a large number of defective products. Track defect improvement analysis through PDR/NCPR and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of improvements. Assist the production department in improving the quality level of sample production and process improvement. Assist the QC team in completing 100% visual inspection of each batch of products. Assist the QC team in implementing IPQC or OQC Assist engineers in leading and training new employees to improve their knowledge and skills and provide reasonable improvement suggestions. Backup arrange and supervise the efficiency and completion of inspectors' daily work. Perform other tasks delegated by QA engineers or QA managers.
