Production Supervisor

- Responsibility as below: (a) Provides information by compiling initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data. (b) Train and develop operator competences to achieve defined goal communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job results. (c) Upholds and enforces company policies and guiding principle. (d) To manage process workflow and to delegate by assigning responsibilities and formulating schedules. (e) Conduct production capacity analysis and analyze staffing requirement to ensure efficient compliance to production schedules (f) Support and actively participant in Kaizen activities. (g) Enforce and maintain 5S across all workplaces. (h) Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and clearly communicate out to all respective. - Requirements as below: (a) Proven relevant experience as Production Supervisor or similar role. (b) Experience working in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment. (c) At least 2 year of working experience in the related field. (d) Ability to define problems and collects data. (e) Ability to write routine reports. (f) Self -motivated and self - discipline. (g) Positive thinker with good problem-solving skills. (h) Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malaysia (written and verbal)
