Area Manager

Job Responsibilities -Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores or branches within a designated area. -Conduct monthly branch visits regularly / routinely (evaluate the operation, cleanliness, customer satisfaction and efficiency of employees.) -Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. -Analyze sales reports and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. -Lead, mentor, and support store managers, assisting them in managing store teams. -Set performance goals for store managers and evaluate their performance regularly. Job Requirements -Proven experience in a managerial role, with at least 3-5 years of experience in retail, sales, or operational management. -Prior experience managing multiple locations or branches is a strong advantage. -Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and P&L (profit and loss) oversight.
