We are looking for a Workshop Admin & Store keeper to be based at our Kuala Baram Workshop. Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee all spare parts and inventory for company's machineries and equipment - Receive and inspect incoming vehicle parts and accessories to ensure quality and accuracy - Manage the spare part store organization and space utilization - Manage supervision of spare parts movements and control of stocks - Providing details when needed about spare parts part numbers based on experience or catalogues - Ensuring that the workshop is kept clean and organized - Check and record the quantity and condition of goods - Record attendance of workshop workers and mechanics - Other administrative works as required Required Skills - Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories is preferred - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately manage and maintain inventory - Proficient computer skills
