Full Time Childcare Teacher

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental and educational needs. Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and valued. Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff to support children's well-being and development. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and maintain accurate records. Provide guidance and support to children in their daily activities, including playtime, meal times, and rest periods. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, following health and safety regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve educational programs and practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends and best practices. Requirements: KAP, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Prior experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Patience, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young learners. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices. Familiarity with various teaching methods and educational technologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
