Sales Coordinator

1. Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify and generate new leads. 2. Accurately record customer information (name, designation, email, phone number) into the company’s CRM system. Maintain detailed call logs and note important information. 3. Regularly update customer databases with new information and ensure data accuracy. 4. Engaging with potential and existing customers via phone calls, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and informative manner. 5. Contribute to the development and implementation of social media strategies, including content creation, idea generation, and campaign execution 6. Conduct market research and surveys to analyze competitor activities and industry trends. 7. Market research and survey for the competitive analysis, provide administrative and operational Support to the sales team. 8. Assist the sales team in preparing and distributing marketing materials. 9. Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and prospects. Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 10. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that achieve or exceed sales targets. 11. Perform all duties and responsibilities assigned to a Tele-Marketer and Sales Coordinator Executive of the Company; 12. Adhere to all lawful and reasonable instructions from the Employer.
