Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel and generating qualified leads that convert into long-term clients. You'll work closely with the sales team and leadership to develop and execute strategies that promote growth and increase revenue in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate high-quality leads through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social selling, events, etc.).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conducting discovery calls to assess the needs of potential clients.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their challenges and introduce our solutions.
- Set appointments and secure meetings between potential clients and senior sales executives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target new markets.
- Use CRM tools to track activities, manage leads, and report progress to the sales leadership team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales development, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead qualification to appointment setting and handover to sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex product offerings clearly and compellingly.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Chinese Fuzhouese 福州话 native is a plus.
