Experience with SKM, JPK & PTPK work flows and process. JOB ROLES: Developing skill training and assessment procedures for the implementation of training programs in collaboration with the Internal Verifier (PPD). Creating teaching and learning materials based on standards/NOSS. Explaining to trainees the objectives, requirements of skill training, and the assessment process, which includes both theory and practical/performance aspects of accredited programs based on the latest NOSS. Registering trainees through the designated system for the purpose of enrolling in the training program. Implementing the skill training and assessment process for carrying out training/accredited programs with reliability, transparency, and validity on a continuous basis. Conducting theoretical and practical assessments for the implementation of core abilities, which include communication, character, discipline, self-confidence, ethics, and others. Monitoring performance development and guiding trainees in each competency. Guiding trainees in the preparation of competency evidence records. Completing and verifying the Cumulative Assessment Record (RPK) for trainees as soon as the assessment is completed, ensuring reliability, transparency, and validity. Ensuring that trainee assessment records are updated in the system as soon as the assessment is conducted. Managing the certification of trainees who have completed skill training based on the accredited program. Carrying out follow-up actions based on PPL reports for continuous improvement purposes.
