JOB SUMMARY: Primary role is to manage and developed the assigned accounts and meeting KPIs like sales target, share of shelf, share of promotion and NPD listings. Besides, managing existing accounts, he/she is also required to distribute into new accounts that are not being serviced. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing buyers and future prospects. • Achieving sales targets and KPIs as set by the management. • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to existing/potential clients • To deliver superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution. • Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. • Keeping accurate records of sales activities and reporting regularly to the Sales Manager. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum Diploma holder. • Candidate must possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience for Sales Representative. • Preference shall be given to those who has FMCG experience. • Should possess entrepreneurial mindset on how to build the business. • Possess own car and valid driving license.
