Responsibilities: Build and maintain good rapport with customers Educate customers about current promotions Contribute to team's daily sales goals Responsibility dealing on customer inquiries and complain Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations) Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals Have in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered, including features, benefits and pricing Requirements and Skills： Fresh Graduated are welcomed Vibrant and outgoing candidates Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin 1-2 years of sales experience or customer service experience will be advantage Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays Demonstrated selling skills Confidence and sociable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Open to learn new skills
