Assist in General Accounting Functions: o Support the accounts payable process by helping to verify and process vendor invoices. o Assist in managing accounts receivable by recording customer payments and tracking outstanding invoices. 2. Assist in Daily Accounts Recording: o Help with daily data entry tasks, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded promptly and accurately. o Collaborate with team members to ensure all financial documentation is complete and organized. 3. Assist in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping: o Support the bookkeeping process by maintaining accurate financial records. o Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries as needed. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Preference for students in their final semester. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Availability to work 5.5 days per week.
