Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: - Supervise and lead the store team, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. - Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members to achieve their best performance. - Arrange schedule for staff, delegating tasks, and managing daily operations. 2. Customer Service: - Ensure that all customers receive prompt and high-quality service. - Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner. - Build a positive shopping experience by creating a welcoming environment in the store. 3. Sales & Performance Management: - Monitor sales performance and strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets. - Work closely with the Assistant Store Operation Manager to develop sales strategies and promotional activities. - Provide feedback to team members to improve sales techniques and customer service. 4. Inventory & Merchandising: - Assist in managing store inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and properly displayed. - Ensure all products are merchandised according to company standards. - Coordinate stock deliveries, track inventory, and ensure minimal loss through proper stock handling. 5. Operational Efficiency: - Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and complies with all health and safety regulations. - Assist in opening and closing the store, maintaining all security protocols. - Ensure that all store equipment and fixtures are well maintained. Qualifications: 1. Education: Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail management or business administration is a plus. 2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. 3. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. - Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail management software. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store’s schedule.
