ABOUT US: Titan Jadi Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of defensive driving training course, dedicated to promoting road safety through comprehensive and engaging educational programs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support professional to join our team and manage registration process for our training courses. JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Support role is responsible for managing all aspects of the registration process for our defensive driving training course and supporting HRD Corp related process and flow. This include training and claims, new training provider registration and renewal, programme registration, gran application, and claim application. The position ensure smooth and efficient operation by managing course scheduled, communicating with participants, and maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with HRD Corp E-Tris system and AI tools for process optimization is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS: SPM, Diploma, or equivalent; additional administrative, customer service or HR training is a plus Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR, educational or training environment Strong understanding of HRD Corp processes and flows, including training and claims, new training provider registration and renewal, programme registration, grant application, and claim application Familiarity with the HRD Corp e-Tris system is essential Familiarity and have proven experience manage e-Perolehan Experience with AI tools, and technologies to enhance administrative processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/Outlook) and experience with database management Ability to manage multitasks simultaneously, prioritize task effectively in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor WORKING CONDITIONS: Full time positions, typically Monday - Friday with occasional evenings or weekends as needed for course schedules Office environment with frequent use of computer and phone Posses a valid Driving License and owned transportation
