Position Summary Provide and support KPOC’s business and technical engineering application systems, technical solutions, services, and processes. This position should strive towards basic understanding of KPOC’s business requirements to implement successful development, maintenance, and business operations and application to comply KPOC’s IT standards and regulations. He or she will assist in the development and maintenance of business intelligence systems that help the organization make data-driven decisions. Principle Accountabilities 1. Assist in the development and support of workflow-based applications in KPOC’s portal such as MS SharePoint 365, MS 365 Suite (MS Power BI, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, MS Form, etc), KUBE workflow and tools. The support includes assisting in the continuous enhancement of the system and ensuring integration with other systems. 2. Assist in providing first-level support for technical and engineering applications. 3. Assist in data analysis using various statistical and analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data. This may involve using tools like Excel, Python, R, SQL, or specialized data analytics software. 4. Assist in the maintenance and support activities for applications under his/her responsibilities. This includes establishing and ensuring adherence to adequate systems change controls, standards, policies, and procedures to eliminate or minimize any risks leading to interruption of the production environment or data/system corruption. 5. Cooperate with other internal departments to utilize planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to determine priorities of requests to change or repair systems; and adjust timelines and resources accordingly. 6. Assist in user acceptance testing efforts. 7. Participates in cross-functional teams to provide input into application modifications to implement new business solutions and processes that will enhance KPOC information systems. 8. Assist in routine system maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches. 9. Assist in the execution of project deliverables such as blueprints workshops, documents, specifications, configuration, and testing/training support. 10. Assist in contract and vendor management to ensure compliance and services are delivered according to expectations. 11. Assist in procurement activities such as preparing RFP, evaluating solutions, and liaising with supply chain officers. 12. Perform other/additional duties as assigned which is consistent with the nature of the job and level of responsibility. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent grading. Preferably core study in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. 2. Applicants must be 25 years old or younger and have not secured a permanent position in the field that they have studied. 3. Mature, disciplined, and respectful 4. Proficient in applications, databases, and programming 5. Experienced in design, development, testing, and deployment 6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning abilities 7.
