Technician

1)Responsible to maintain and repair all moulding machine, equipments and facilities used in the company 2)To perform the daily, weekly & monthly maintenance and checking to all machine, equipment and facilities as per schedule planned 3)To carry out the machine preventive maintenance as per schedule planned 4)To ensure good manufacturing practise, 5S housekeeping, safety and environmental concern are always in placed and in controlled. 5)Immediate attend to the machine, equipment or facilities problem in order to reduce downtime 6)Ensure all machine and equipment spare parts is keep in proper place with the correct inventory quantity 7)To ensure all machine , equipment and facilities is in good condition, neat and tidy 8)To cultivate the good team work spirit in production, to communicate and to work cooperatively with all departments 9)To ensure daily updating of the chamber temperature and relative humidity RH in the daily check sheet report 10)Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. 11)Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.) 12)Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.). 13)To carry out other duties as and when assigned by superior.
