Key Responsibilities Incoming Material Inspection: Verify that incoming materials (e.g., plastic sheets, inks, adhesives) meet specified quality standards. Inspect materials for defects such as scratches, discoloration, or inconsistencies. Maintain accurate records of incoming material inspections. Production Process Monitoring: Observe the thermoforming process to identify potential quality issues. Monitor machine settings and adjustments to ensure optimal product quality. Conduct periodic checks on equipment calibration and maintenance. Finished Product Inspection: Inspect finished products for defects such as dimensional errors, cracks, or delamination. Verify that products meet customer specifications and industry standards. Conduct visual and functional testing of products. Non-Conforming Product Handling: Identify and isolate non-conforming products. Investigate the root causes of quality defects. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. Quality Data Management: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, quality defects, and corrective actions. Prepare quality reports and present findings to management. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to address quality-related issues.
