Supply Chain Manager

• Develop departmental objectives and measurements reflecting organizational long-term goals, deploy objective and measurement. • Communicate goals to key personnel, ensuring goals are clearly understood and strategies are implemented on timely manner. • Drive team members on the execution of initiatives, including making changes to processes, methods, documentations with the aim to improve consistencies and performance of operation. • Monitor supply chain performance measurements, plan, and execute necessary actions to close performance gaps. • Diagnose organizational supply chain needs, plans, and execute plans to improve supply chain performance in the areas of quality, cost, and deliverables. • Formulate strategies to coordinate, organize, and oversee all the daily activities including workflow and schedules of the department and including identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company’s goods and meeting departmental and organizational goal. • Plan and establishing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols based on industry best practices are implemented within the team and organizational process. • Identify and diagnose bottlenecks and other issues related to supply chain processes to meet performance measurements set. • Plan, develop and execute effective supplier audit procedures to keep suppliers’ quality in check and meet’s organization’s requirements. • Identify, select, and qualify suppliers to support organization’s operation needs. • Identify, select, and plan organization’s product for outsourcing to scale up organization’s output capacity. • Establish, execute, and lead Supplier Development Program with our diverse suppliers to boost their performance and to create and drive more sustainable and robust economic opportunities for NSW’s continuous business growth. • Leading the procurement initiative especially in support of product innovation, enhancement via sourcing for best fit specification especially for fabrication items and tailored made parts. • Cultivate encouraging relationship with external business partners by providing informative and timely support to meet project deliveries with cost-effective solution that secure business momentum and growth. • Acts as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product life extension or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions. • Organize activities of team and ensure that promote efficiency and effectiveness of team. • Established effective communication plan to ensure relevant information are made available to all related stakeholders to meet the project needs and requirement with success. • Organize and manage internal and external feedback related to department and projects effectively, ensuring timely closure of concerns and issues.
