QA & QC Executive

1. Oversees all quality assurance operations including all aspects of technical and QA/QC activities 2. To verify raw materials (ingredients, packaging materials and etc) purchased to meet the purchasing requirement. 3. To approve and verify the occurrence of non-confirming results. 4. To investigate the root cause of non-conformance and take corrective action accordingly. 5. To deal with customers' complaints and production rejects. 6. Perform all internal and external audits 7. To manage the documentation and implementation HALAL & MESTI, Buatan Malaysia, Pengkelasan Makanan, Token and NOT 8. Monitor and ensure maintenance of reference standards, retain samples in proper order according to planned schedules 9. Prepare COA before released finished goods 10. Responsible in update and upkeep QA/QC documents
