What do we need you to do? • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures. • Managing procceses,including resume screening,scheduling interviews,and conducting background checks. • Handle HR-related documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and policy manuals. • Maintaining employee records and HR databases. • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages. • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts. • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Requirement: • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management. • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or related field. • Computer literate (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Outlook etc.) • Experience in SQL Payroll. • Candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience in HR or a related field. • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Fimiliarity with HR-related laws and regulations
