Job Description • Handle and managing full set of accounts including AP, AR, inventory, Fixed Asset, GL and management report. • Prepare debit / credit notes and posting entries to accounting system. • Check and process staff claims, suppliers' invoices and payments. • Managing month end closing. • Manage cashflow planning, daily cash position update. • Computation and submission of monthly GST report and submission. • Financial audit preparation and handle taxation issues. • Lead, manage and assist in the AR process. • Manage ad hoc requirements on financial workflow solutions. Job requirements • Minimum Degree in Accounting or a relevant field. • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. • Hands-on experience in SAP HANA. • Knowledge in MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
