Job Title: Personal Assistant Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam Job Summary: The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to CEO, COO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: - Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. - Task Management: Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met. - Event Coordination: Organize events, meetings, and travel itineraries, including accommodations and transportation. - Research: Conduct research as needed and prepare reports or presentations. - Administrative Support: Maintain filing systems, manage documents, and assist with other administrative tasks. - Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands and tasks as required by the executive. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
