Job Scope: - Serves visitors by greeting and directing them -Receive and transfer incoming calls -Check and follow up driver's daily itinerary, touch & go usage, vehicle mileage and fuel consumption, GPS, and submit the claim to the finance department -Update vehicle maintenance details -Monitor all staff attendance in Asaga Corporation, compile leave forms or related documents to HQ -Check the punch card of the local worker OT and submit it to HQ. -Calculate OT hours for driver and foreign workers then submit them to HQ. -Liaise with Government Authority, submission of documents, renew and apply for permits/licenses (DOSH, DOE, Bomba, Majilis Tempatan, Immigration, etc) -Arrange and send workers for Fomema Medical Check-ups. -Manage & record various aspects of office administrative work, including maintenance and upkeep of the office, office equipment, stationery, etc. -Arrange office cleaner, make sure the office and factory are clean, and monitor staff, ensure that staff only smoke in the smoking area -Arrange lunch/ refreshments when needed. -Assist in IT-related work and liaise with IT vendors. -Monitor and record the transaction and cash receipt of the petty cash usage in the cash record book and submit to the Account department monthly -Perform any ad hoc task arranged by the superior or management from time to time Requirement: -Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. -Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin -At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Required Skill(s): communication skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office -Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
