Job Description: Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. Job Responsibilities: a) Generating leads. b) Meeting or exceeding sales goals. c) Actively seeking new opportunities and expand sales pipeline through connections and customer database. d) Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. e) Systemically drive and grow sales networks and distribution channel to sell our finished product. f) Collecting, analysing, and preparing sales report g) Establishing and following organization standards to maintain quality service. h) Reviewing sales performance to achieve monthly and annually sales targets. i) Maintaining clients’ records. j) Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: a) At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business and 2-3 years of sales management experience, preferably in fortified F&B and dietary supplements. b) Demonstrates effective coordination, communication, and team management skills. c) Demonstrates adaptability to fast-paced environments, proactive behaviour, and strong sense of responsibility. d) Able to work in a comfortably in a fast-paced environment. e) Possess a valid driver's license as you will be required to do outstation work. f) Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English language. g) Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients. h) Well versed in MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel. i) Able to follow instructions and discipline. j) Able to work independently and less supervision. k) Able to start immediately.
