Job Scope :-
- Achieve Sales Targets: Assist in meeting and exeeding the company's sales goals through proactive customer engagement and follow up.
- Manage Schedule & Appointments: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments to keep the sales team on track and organized.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Regularly analyze competitor offerings, industry trends, and pricing recommend adjustments and stay competitive.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate Sale Events: Support the organization of sales events and promotional activities, handling logistics, setup and customer interactions.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Prepare outgoing communication, organize records and coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing sales items.
Criteria :
- Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer- focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle administrative task efficiently.
- Willingness to work any hours, including weekends, as needed for sales events or customer meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
