Responsibilities: - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies - Supervise administrative duties and ensure office environment is clean and tidy - Manage agendas, travel arrangements, coordinate appointments for internal teams - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) - Support HR Talent Acquisition team on interview arrangements, recruitment activities and coordination - Create and update records and databases in systems - Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary - Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned - Assist colleagues whenever necessary - Any ad-hoc tasks assigned Requirements: Minimum 3 month of internship period Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships Good interpersonal skills Team player Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3-6 months Pay: From RM800.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
