• Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets • To be financially aware of the hotel’s objectives and do all possible to accomplish targets • To ensure hotel occupancy and average rate targets are sustained in line with projections detailed in the Annual Business Plan • To establish sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances • To resolve all discrepancies among the staff of his/her department. • To practice and promote the Hatten Hotel Melaka and Values. • To maximize his/her personal contacts and inform the Director of Sales & Marketing or his/her designated person as approved by the management of any discrepancies observed in style and culture. • To follow and enforce the policies and manual of Hatten Hotel Melaka. • Considering his/her role as a representative of the Hotel, he/she will conduct himself/herself correctly in a professional manner. • Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Hotel. • To ensure the profitability of his/her department for short, medium and long term by assuming the total responsibility of the functions assigned to him/her with special emphasis on increasing sales, reduce expenditure, preserve and maintain the assets.
