Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: • Negotiate on price, delivery cost and specifications with buyers and managers. • Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders. • Record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system. • Build and maintain client relationships including meeting periodically with clients or prospective clients. • Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas. • Suggest ways to improve sales. • Present, promote and sell company’s products to existing and prospective customers. • Supply management with reports on customers’ needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience Retail Industries • Age must be more than 20 years old. • Possess own transport - able to travel. • Good interpersonal & communication skill • Knowledge of computer terms and understanding of computer concepts is required. • Skill in word processing, spreadsheet software applications, internet-based applications, and social networking sites • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Excellent presentation skills and effective communications • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize; meeting deadlines and effective follow-up is a must. • Self-motivated with the skill and discipline necessary to work with minimal supervision. • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in selling to business accounts. • Willing to learn.
