Join Our Livestream Team! - Salary package: Monthly Basic + Attractive Commissions - Working Hour: Morning/ Afternoon/ Night Shift What You'll Do: - Ensure seamless execution of livestreams, including setup, backend controls, and real-time adjustments. - Lead and manage the entire livestream process, keeping the content flow on track. - Collaborate closely with the Livestream Host to align product demonstrations and audience engagement. - Actively engage with viewers by moderating comments, answering questions, and creating an interactive atmosphere. - Oversee technical aspects such as lighting, sound, and camera angles to ensure high-quality streaming. - Guide the Host throughout the livestream, ensuring they follow the schedule and planned content flow. - Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics to improve future sessions. - Assist in pre-livestream preparations by organizing products and materials. What We're Looking For: - Experience in livestream production or a related field is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proven ability to lead and coordinate livestreams, handling both technical and creative elements. - Familiarity with livestream platforms and tools. Problem-solving skills to manage technical issues quickly and effectively. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with both the Host and the audience. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills. - High level of creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging content.
