As such you may be required to be transferred from one department to another or to work within any branch Responsible for car parking administrative and system and customer service-oriented Attend to customers' inquiries/ complaints - Walk in or over the phone or intercom and maintain good rapport and relationship with them and the management Prepare daily and monthly reports of car park fees and season parking collection to the management and other general administrative duties Perform daily work as assigned by the Manager including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. Prepare access card and attend to any lost card, damaged card, or additional card inquiries. Manage new applications and termination of Season Pass. Assist to monitor staff attendance and movement records. Highlight to executives on poor staff attendance issues. You will be required to carry out such duties and job functions as may be instructed by the company or person acting on behalf of the company.
