Responsibilities: To coordinate, manage, and oversee overall Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) programs to meet organization OSH objectives and compliance towards requirement of legislation, code of practices, guidelines and standards. To liaise with external parties/government bodies such as DOSH, DOE, JKKP, BOMBA and etc. on pertaining to safety & health matters including licensing, compliance and audit. Implementing, maintaining, and upgrading safety and health policies and procedures. Identify and evaluate existing workplace hazards, and work closely with other department to minimize occupational injury, illness, accident and environment impacts. Conduct periodic training sessions for all level of employees follow the requirement of legislation such as but not limited to conducting Fire Drill twice a year and Fire Fighting training once a year, First-Aid training and others. Perform any duties or training related to fire prevention. Monitor and conduct Monthly Safety Committee Meeting included provide periodic training session to committee member. Conduct regular inspections, accident/incident investigate, hazard identification, risk assessments, risk control measures and follow up on the Job Safety Analysis. Monitor the compliance of storage and disposal of scheduled waste in accordance with Scheduled Waste Regulations and update related documentation with regards to the scheduled waste such as e-consignment notes, inventories, and etc. Assist on any emergency cases in Company. Any other duties assigned by superior.
