# PASTIKAN ANDA SUDAH ADA SURAT PERAKUAN DAN PENGESAHAN TAMAT PENGAJIAN DARIPADA PIHAK UNIVERSITI # To assist the Director and/or General Manager in carrying out the following functions: - To assist in preparation of Project Work Programs. To prepare periodic project reporting/claiming/certification. To assist in tender calculation/preparation, submission, negotiation and preparation of eventual contract documentations as and when necessary. To identify elements and characteristic of the Project component, which are to be monitored and evaluated. To work closely with parties to contracts in project implementation to ensure smooth and ideal progress. To assess project physical, financial and administrative work status. To prepare monthly and periodic progress report. To assist in planning & coordinating project activities required for successful project implementation. Carry out duties during construction stage. Assist to administer the work of the contractor and his consultants to ensure that specifications and construction schedules are adhered. Any other works instructed as and when necessary, from time to time.
