Retail Manager (Gurney Plaza Penang)

1. Work closely with the team to plan the work output in store. 2. Consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining costs and avoiding wastages. 3. Manage daily operations activities such as cashiering, making of beverages, opening and closing of the store, and daily counting of stocks while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness. 4. Capable of solving any issue and providing support and guidance to the team. 5. Ensure stores are compliant with operational standards, company policies, regulations, hygiene and safety guidelines. 6. Able to handle different types of responsibilities within the job scope. 7. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
