1. Support and analyze contract manufacturing and logistics activities, while partnering with supply chain to drive continuous improvement. 2. Lead preparation of monthly financial forecast and annual budget for supply chain. 3. Lead monthly capital review process, ensuring new projects meet targeted ROI goals, while monitoring approved projects for any deviation vs plan. 4. Oversee standard cost preparation while analyzing for any changes vs plan. 5. Lead development of dashboards for key supply chain KPIs, to monitor operational improvements vs latest forecast and plan. 6. Directs and coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction. 11. Lead, coach and direct the activities of Supply Chain across Purchasing, Business Planning & Industrial Engineering Department. 12. Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand. 13. Review and update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing local and international policies, standards, regulations and laws. 14. Manage the long-term business relationships with suppliers, demonstrating sound principles of cultivating broad knowledge of supplier’s capabilities and performance history to drive successful business decisions and outcomes. 15. Work with internal and external stakeholders to foster better relationship and to maintain compliance within the organization. 16. Institute, monitor and achieve performance metrics that drive accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the region. 17. Engage with modules / departments to ensure that the current tools as well as any identified enhancements, upgrades or modifications drive efficient and effective results. 18. Accountable to execute on company strategy, leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential. 19. Responsible to perform any other duties assigned from time to time to support and maintain an efficient process for the department and company. Education required: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Mathematics/Economics and other related field. Years of experience: More than 15 years of experience in overall supply chain operations with hands-on team management experience. Skills / Abilities: 1. Ability to prioritize and execute on goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment given multiple demands/requirements. 2. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, along with creative thought leadership skills. 3. Effective project management skills. 4. Depth of knowledge and broad business acumen across multiple industries and/or functional areas including various commodity/category areas. 7.
